Our client is a global company specializing in manufacturing products for the automotive industry. The company has operations in various locations in Spain and worldwide.

The company is seeking an Interim Manufacturing Manager to lead and oversee production operations. This role focuses on managing production activities (assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc.), including planning and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards, improving efficiency.

Objetivos:

• The primary objectives of the service are to support and improve manufacturing performance and productivity by managing all aspects of production operations.
• This includes optimizing work processes and continuous improvement initiatives, developing talent within the team, fostering a culture of engagement and safety, and implementing policies and strategies to achieve short-term results.
• The role is also responsible for managing departmental budgets and coordinating new production start-ups.

Duración: 6 months + 6 months extension

REQUISITOS:

• The manager needs to have bachelor's or master's degree in science or engineering.
  
• It is mandatory to demonstrate more than five years of relevant experience in the automotive industry and production plants with a strong background in production operations.
  
• English is a must.
