Our client is a global company specializing in manufacturing products for the automotive industry. The company has operations in various locations in Spain and worldwide.

The company is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a manufacturing area. This professional will be responsible for overseeing production to ensure daily performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery. The role also involves managing deviations, spreading a continuous improvement mindset, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like OEE and scrap rate.

Objetivos: 

• The main objectives of this position are to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, organize safe working processes, and lead safety incident analyses. 
• The supervisor will support the annual strategy for their area and collaborate with other departments on key tasks. 
• Another key objective is to foster a climate of teamwork and motivation by encouraging the professional development of employees through assessments, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Duración: 6 months + 6 months extension

REQUISITOS:

• The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's or master's degree with a major in Mechanical or an equivalent field. 
• It’s required to have at least five years of working experience and three years of management experience in the manufacturing industry. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing Tools is also necessary.
  
• An intermediate level of English is a must.
